A tap washer goes. Then a cistern valve. Then a flexi hose under the vanity, and a fitting behind the dishwasher. Each one gets fixed on its own and nobody joins them up.
Mains pressure is not uniform. It depends on how far a property sits below the reservoir feeding it, and a suburb with this much fall in it does not have one number.
